Module 1: Connecting, Leading, Influencing

Identifying components of a curriculum management plan based on audit standards is a necessity for creating lasting change. Participants will experience a series of hands-on activities and models that will give them the skills required for developing leaders at all levels of organization.

Module 2: Curriculum Design Models

Learn what compromises curriculum design and delivery, while understanding and applying standards-based theories. By the end of Module 2, participants will create an action list and outline to ensure district curriculum documents are designed to standards and are kept current.

Module 3: Assessment for Learning

Understand the components of an assessment management plan as you design a comprehensive assessment system and plan based on audit criteria—while striving for a balanced assessment system and encouraging learner confidence.

Module 4: Curriculum Delivery – Instruction

Module 4 will focus on instructional delivery and creating a strong Tier I delivery system.  Participants will learn the components of a learning platform and how to use them so that learning is relevant and engaging for all.

Module 5: Professional Learning

Learn how a district can design, implement and manage a professional learning program that supports the district’s curriculum and improves student learning. Participants will explore steps to effectively implement Professional Learning.

Module 6: Transformative Processes – Continuous Improvement

Module 6 will focus on improving productivity. Participants will learn how educational planners prepare for organizational change, develop system capacity, and improve continuously. They will develop a set of goals, objectives and actions to implement a continuous improvement model.
