For late registrants (registered after the registration deadline) an additional fee of EUR 70* will apply.

Please note that the registration fee can be only paid in EURO.

We strongly recommend that participants do NOT make travel booking before the workshop participation has been formally confirmed by the IB.

Workshop cancellation policy

If you cancel your registration at least 22 days before the first day of the workshop, a full refund of any registration fees paid will be credited to your school account, which can be used toward other IB invoices. Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the first day of an IB event will incur a penalty of 100% of the registration fee.

We recognize that many participants must travel to attend IB regional workshops. The IB expects registrants to make every reasonable effort to attend the workshop for which they registered.

Please be aware that if the workshop is held, no refunds or credits shall be issued for difficulties encountered in transit. Participants are encouraged to purchase a travel insurance plan designed to protect the traveler from losses resulting from sudden and unexpected conditions or events.

The IB reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. We endeavour to give participants as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrolment.

In the unlikely event that the IB must cancel a workshop, we will refund any registration fee paid to your school account, which can be used toward other IB invoices. Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card used at registration.

Cancellations must be made in the system. Request to cancel participants via phone or e-mail are not accepted as official cancellation.

Please note that the IB does not reimburse participant travel expenses.

Audio-visual policy
The audio and/or videotaping of IB events is strictly prohibited. Anyone in breach of this policy may be asked to leave without refund of participation fees.

Certification policy
A link to the online workshop participant survey will be sent to all participants a few days after the event. We value their feedback as it will help us to improve in future events.

1-week post-event, participants will receive an email prompting them to download their certificates from the IB online registration system. Please note that certificates will only be awarded to participants who attend all scheduled sessions.

Participants who are not from IB World Schools can only pay online by credit card while registering.

Credit card payment: Please note that the registration fee will be automatically deducted once the registration is confirmed. If the transaction failed, you will be notified via email. Please re-submit the payment by logging into your personal registration webpage and select the "SUBMIT PAYMENT" button.

Bank transfer payment: Please complete the payment within 30 days from the invoice date. Account details can be found on our website. You can download a payment summary from your personal registration webpage under the "Print options" button.
