The National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC), in conjunction with the Lone Star Association of Charitable Clinics (LSACC) and the North Texas Association of Charitable Clinics (NTACC) will be sponsoring a one day free medical clinic for the uninsured on Saturday, September 29, 2012 in Dallas, Texas at the Dallas Convention Center.
The Dallas C.A.R.E. Clinic will offer free basic medical care and health education. Being a volunteer at this event will give you the opportunity to help hundreds of people gain access to medical care they otherwise may not receive.
If you have any questions, please email CARE@nafcclinics.org. We hope to see you in Dallas!
The NAFC C.A.R.E. clinics are made possible through generous donations.
If you would like to donate you can:
- You can also send a check to the NAFC at 1800 Diagonal Road Suite 600, Alexandria, VA 22314
The NAFC thanks you for your continued generosity!! With your help we will be able to continue our C.A.R.E. Clinic efforts, where medical care for the underserved isn't a dream, it's reality, and it could not happen without you!
Physicians who are licensed in a state other than Texas are required to apply for a temporary license through the Dallas Medical Board. All out of state physicians must submit their application along with a letter of support from a sponsoring TX physician. Unfortunately at this time the NAFC does not have any additional sponsoring physicians available. If you decide to apply, the decision to grant a temporary license is made by the Medical Board.
