Questions & Answers

Question: Can I complete registration on someone's behalf?
Answer: Yes! If you are attempting to register an individual planning to attend, be sure to enter their information under Registration Information, select I am registering on behalf of this person, then include your information. 
Question: Can I register more than one person using the same email address?
Answer: No. The registration system recognizes your email address as your individual identifier. You must use only your email address for your registration

If you use your email address for other registrations, the system will automatically update your profile and registration with the information of the new person(s) you are attempting to register, or you will be alerted by the system that you are already registered.

Question: What is my confirmation number for?
Answer: You may access your registration at any time by entering your email address and the confirmation number provided on your registration confirmation. Once you enter this information, you will be able to Modify your registration, Submit PaymentUnregisterPrint Your InvoicePrint Your Agenda and more.
Question: How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Answer: Once your registration is completed, the system will send a system generated confirmation reflecting payment received or a balance due. You will also have the option of printing your invoice from the Registration Summary/Confirmation Page. 
Question: What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: To cancel a registration, the attendee must send an email to the Member Relations Coordinator at chunter@mddccua.org. If the cancellation email is received 7 or more days before the scheduled session, a refund will be made minus a 30% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be made if the cancellation email is received within 6 days of the event.
Question: What is the inclement weather policy?
Answer:

If MD|DC CUA reschedules event because of inclement weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, MD|DC CUA will make every effort to promptly notify all registrants by a website message, email or telephone. MD|DC CUA will reschedule the event and registrations will be transferred to the new date, after which MD|DC CUA’s Cancellation Policy will apply. If the event session is not rescheduled, full refunds will be provided.

 

If MD|DC CUA does not cancel event during inclement conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances, it is up to the registrant or credit union manager to decide if the registrant should attend the program. In an instance where the registrant or credit union manager decides that the inclement weather impedes the registrant’s safe travel, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee.
