#DIGinECON Indianapolis:
A Workshop for Implementing Digital Resources for Student Engagement and Success in Principles of Economics

Advances in the past number of years have opened up all kinds of opportunities for greater student engagement through the use of digital resources and tools, whether it be publisher provided, instructor provided or open educational resources (OER).

Join us for a one-day workshop with three of the leaders in today’s movement toward better student engagement and outcomes through the implementation of digital resources within the principles of economics course.

Abdullah Al-Bahrani, Northern Kentucky University
Kim Holder, University of West Georgia
Darshak Patel, University of Kentucky

The workshop will include topics such as:

  • Media & Current Events
  • Technology in-the-class
  • Social Media as a resource to engage / communicate with students

This workshop is free, but you need to register. If you will be attending NETA, please know that this registration is separate from the NETA registration (and you’ll need to do both).
