PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DISASTER FORUM 2017:
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Fees for conference registration and additional social event tickets are due on submission of registration. You will not be officially registered for the conference until payment is received. 
  • Requests for refunds or cancellations must be in writing and received by Disaster Conference Inc. via fax, e-mail or mail post-marked on or before May 5, 2017. Please allow sixty (60) days after the conference for refunds. 
  • Refunds will be issued through the Disaster Conferences Inc. offices by cheque payment or credit card refund, dependent upon how payment was made, to the credit card holder or delegate. Cancellations received and postmarked on or before May 5, 2017 will be subject to a $75 administration fee. 
  • Refund requests received after May 5, 2017 will not be honoured.

PRE CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

  • Conference registration fees do not include access to the Monday Pre-conference Workshop. Additional fees apply. Space is limited so register early. 
  • The Pre-conference Workshop is ONLY available to full conference registered delegates until April 21, 2017 for $275.00 + GST. Those interested in only attending the workshop and not the full conference can register after April 21, 2017, space permitting. The cost for a non-delegate to attend a pre-conference workshop is $375.00 + GST.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DATES

  • End dates for early and late registration will be strictly adhered to. 
  • Registration changes or name substitutions received after May 5, 2017 are subject to an administration fee of $75. 
  • Final deadline for pre-registration and online registration is May 5, 2017.

CONFERENCE FEE INCLUDES

  • Access to all keynote and concurrent sessions (Tuesday May 9, Wednesday May 10, Thursday May 11)
  • Full hot Buffet Breakfasts and Lunches on Tuesday May 9, Wednesday May 10, Thursday May 11
  • Coffee breaks on Tuesday May 9, Wednesday May 10, Thursday May 11
  • One ticket to the Welcome Reception at the Banff Fire Hall on Monday, May 8
  • One ticket to the Finale Dinner with a fun interactive evening at the Disaster Forum Family Feud and Name that Tune Event at the Kinnear Centre's Great Husky Hall on Wednesday, May 10
