All DEC 2019 attendees will receive a certificate of attendance via email upon completion of the conference. The certificate of attendance includes the attendee’s name and pertinent conference information, event title, dates, times, and location.

Professional Development Hours

All DEC 2019 conference sessions are eligible for Professional Development Hours, except for those which do not include instructional content (e.g., meetings or networking events).*

PDH Process:

  1. Pay the $25.00 processing fee here.
  2. Complete session evaluations for eligible sessions attended. (Evaluations will be available in the DEC conference app).
  3. Complete a full conference evaluation.

Please complete all evaluations on-site. Evaluations must be completed by Friday, October 11, 2019 at the latest.

Professional Development Hour certificates include the attendee name, as well as the session title, presenter name(s), date, time, and length of session attended at the DEC 2019 conference. Certificates will be provided via email within one month of the conference end date.

All attendees who purchase the PDH processing fee will also receive an email detailing the steps in the Professional Development Hour process.

*Each poster session will count as .25 hours and attendees may visit as many as 4 posters in one-hour long session.

Please note: Division for Early Childhood is the sole provider of Professional Development Hours and no other party is involved in the certificates’ approval process or distribution.

BCBA Type 2 CEs

Attendees interested in receiving BCBA CEUs at the DEC Conference must complete the following steps.

  1. Pay a $25.00 BCBA CEU Processing Fee here.
  2. Sign-in and sign-out using the session sign-in sheet at each BCBA eligible session.
  3. Complete a session evaluation for each eligible BCBA session attended. (Evaluations will be available in the DEC conference app).
  4. Complete a full conference evaluation.

Please complete all evaluations on-site. Evaluations must be completed by Friday, October 11, 2019 at the latest. 

BCBA CE certificates include the attendee name, as well as the session title, presenter name(s), date, time, and length of each session attended at the DEC 2019 conference. Certificates will be provided via email within one month of the conference end date. 

All attendees who purchase this processing fee will also receive an email detailing the steps in the BCBA CE process.
