Join Jefferson alumni for a private 3 hour adventure led by a local Chinatown guide. Learn the proper way to enjoy a Shanghai Soup dumpling, discover the countless uses and meanings of Chinese tea, and test your taste buds on their varied nuances. Explore a shop filled with authentic Chinese antiques that are thousands of years old, and acquire the skills to navigate the local street markets.

Along the way, savor Dim Sum from Eastern Bakery, the oldest Chinese Bakery in San Francisco, and from Begoni Bistro, where executive chef Howard Wong has been named one of the top Chinese chefs in San Francisco.

All this and more as you sample, explore, and enjoy the sights, tastes and sounds of Chinatown!

 This a 3 hour walking tour, so please make sure to wear sturdy, comfortable walking shoes and be prepared for extended periods of time standing. The tour will be held rain or shine.
