Optional Fee

The registration fee does not include a 2012 Employment and Community Services Standards Manual or a 2012 Vision Rehabilitation Services Standards Manual, but one may be purchased by attendees for a special rate of $124.00 (USD) for an ECS Standards Manual and $154.00 (USD) for a VRS Standards Manual, regular rates are $165.00 (USD) and $205.00 (USD). Manuals will be distributed at the training. A limited number of standards manuals will also be available for purchase at the training.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CARF International will refund registration fees paid for any event, less a $50.00 (USD) administrative fee, if written cancellation of the registration is received by CARF International at least 14 days prior to the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued; however, you may transfer your registration to another individual by providing written notice to CARF International at any time prior to commencement of the event.

Note: The event may be cancelled at CARF International’s discretion. Should CARF International cancel the event, you will be notified promptly. CARF International is not responsible for any direct or consequential damages incurred by the registrants as a result of any cancellation.
