About the Conference

ECTA conferences proudly provide practical hands-on workshops for professionals working across all early childhood sectors from FDC, OSHC, LDC, Kindy and Prep to lower primary. The conference has been held annually on the first Saturday of the state school holidays for forty-two years. 
Join 600 colleagues at the ECTA Early Childhood Conference to be held at the Sheldon Event Centre on 
Saturday, 29 June 2019 (Trade sites open at 7:30am) Conference 8:20am - 4:30pm (Wine & Cheese 4:30 - 5:30)

Join ECTA at time of registration and save. Yearly (January to December) membership fees are: $0 students (full-time only), $20 concessional card holders, $60 Student/Concessional (wanting hard copies of journal) & graduates, $95 individual and $210 organisational.

Anyone can join ECTA at time of registration to register at member rates

$300: Individuals join ECTA for $95 and register for $205
$105: Full-Time Student join ECTA for $0 and register for $105
$165: Part-Time Student join ECTA for $60 and register for $105
$130: Concession card holders join ECTA for $20 and register for $110
Organisations join ECTA for $210 and register staff for $290 each (plus first two register for $206 each)
Who should attend?
Principals, Teachers & Support Staff at State, Private and Independent Schools. Early Childhood Professionals working at Community Kindergartens and Pre-Preps, Long Day Care Centres, Family Day Care, Outside School Hours Care, University, VET & TAFE, Early Childhood Education Students, and Community Members involved with Early Childhood Services (health, education and welfare)

Smoking is banned at all times at state and non-state schools, and for 5 metres beyond their boundaries.
