This webinar took attendees through 2014 and 2015 solvency based regulatory enhancements to address the risks associated with continuing implementation of the Affordable Care Act provisions. This included Statutory Accounting, Risk Based Capital, Financial Analysis and Reporting Blanks Changes. Focus will be on the permanent risk sharing program and the temporary reinsurance and risk corridor programs collectively known as the “3Rs,” but will touch on other regulatory concerns as well.
