Few people set out to behave unethically. But circumstances sometimes arise that present dilemmas state insurance regulators must confront and resolve while keeping their personal integrity intact. Our field is under intense scrutiny. To be effective, and to ensure our activities are always above board and compliant with established ethical standards, we need to become familiar with general codes of conduct, guidelines, policies, and laws in place that are designed to govern behavior.

This class is available for eight (8) calendar days; however, it will not take the entire time to complete. You may choose the times at which you log in during the available time period. When the eight days are complete, your access to the course will end. There is no extension of time for non-instructor-led courses, so you are encouraged to plan your study time accordingly.

The Certificate of Completion will be sent to those who are determined to have successfully completed this course per the requirements listed above. Two (2) credits will be listed on the certificate for this course. Partial credit is not awarded. It is your responsibility to submit this documentation to the entity for which you want to receive continuing education credits.
