Joint proposals from EducationUSA Advisers and U.S. Higher Education Representatives are encouraged.

All proposals submitted by the November 3rd deadline will be reviewed and evaluated. Presenter Chairs designated on this form will be notified of selection decisions by Early December 2017.

Target Audience:

Theater or round table seating arrangements can be requested. An LCD projector, laptop computer and sound equipment will be available in each presentation room.

Presentation Materials Submission Timeline:
Each selected presenter is requested to submit the presentation and accompanying materials in electronic format to the Proposal Session Committee by January 25, 2018.

Impartiality:
No presenter may use a workshop session for commercial or institutional promotion or criticism of a competitor.

Reproduction:
Following the event, session PowerPoint presentations and handouts will be made available electronically for the EducationUSA advising network and Forum attendees.

Substitutions:
Speaker substitutions are not permitted except in the case of an emergency and are subject to approval from the Proposal Session Committee. The Proposal Session Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept an alternative speaker, and pursue other interested parties.
