DAY ONE: EIV (Enterprise Income Verification) Workshop!
A full day packed with essential Multifamily EIV information! MOR's may be starting up again soon - so be prepared! Are you a new manager trying to understand EIV and how it relates to your job? Are you a seasoned EIV user but need a re-fresher and more in-depth discrepancy resolution tips and tricks? If so, this course is for you! We will cover:

• EIV Security and Annual Security Awareness Training requirements
• Required Policies and Procedures
• The TRACS and EIV connection
• Printing Reports and Using EIV
• Investigating and Resolving Discrepancies
• Repayment Agreements HUD Reporting
• Group discussions regarding EIV error resolution is included
The Trainer: Sheila King has been working as an independent consultant and property manager in Washington State for 9 years, and has managed HUD and USDA properties for over 20 years. She is a recognized expert in compliance for RD and HUD affordable housing programs. She serves on the Board(s) of Directors of WA State CARH and AHMA of Washington. She also provides Executive Director services to AptFinder.org.
DAY TWO: TRACS Workshop!
On September 1, 2013, HUD will officially begin transitioning to TRACS 202D. This long awaited release will bring much needed updates to the TRACS submission process. All TRACS forms have been updated as well as changes to Gross Rent Changes, Unit Transfers, Repayment Agreements and Voucher submission. Voni Scott of HUDbilling will be covering critical changes to processes, program deadlines, new or expanded codes, revised forms, and clarifications on policies. This will include an in-depth look at the changes to the 50059/50059A and the new voucher 52670.
The Trainer: Voni Scott is a Certified Occupancy/EIV/TRACS Specialist at HUDBilling Service Bureau in McKenna, WA. HUDBilling. HUDBilling provides computerized processing services, automation of HAP requests, HUD and USDA/RD certification forms, and electronic TRACS submissions.
Note – only the first 50 registrants per day and per location will be accepted, due to space limitations. A processing fee of $25 will be assessed for refunds requested on or before the (*) DEADLINES (EVERETT, Wednesday August 21st; TACOMA, Wednesday, September 11th; SPOKANE, Wednesday, September 18th. No refunds after that date (however, another student from your company may be substituted).
