Part 1: November 2Part 2: November 9Presenter: Nicki ScottHUD implemented EIV in order to promote income and rent integrity and make sure that the ‘right benefits go to the right persons’. Our training on EIV Income Discrepancies will provide participants with a detailed step by step best practice approach for reviewing and resolving EIV income discrepancy cases. Throughout the training we will provide detailed steps on how to determine if an EIV income discrepancy is valid or invalid, highlight HUD’s requirements for Income Discrepancy Report resolution, as well as discuss Owner actions for addressing tenant failure to comply with EIV requirements. We will use examples throughout this course to provide participants with hands on experience in performing the step by step process of investigating and documenting EIV income discrepancies.
This class offers 1.5 hours and credits of continuing education credits per webinar.
