Developing Talent in the Federal Workforce
As part of its Engaging Leaders in Knowledge series, NASA APPEL is hosting an online forum on developing talent in the federal workforce. The forum will address a number of topics including:
1. How knowledge management and talent development impact organizational success
2. Affordable applications of knowledge management and talent development
3. Effective talent development practices at NASA and other federal agencies
Terry Cooke-Davies, group chairman of Human Systems International, will start the forum with a presentation on Human Systems' research of capability, performance and organizational success. This presentation will be followed by a panel of federal agency executives from NASA, OPM and the FBI.
