Emergency Nursing Pediatric Core Instructor Course (ENPC) March 2, 2018

This 9-hour course is designed to provide RNs, who are eligible ENPC providers, with the necessary tools to teach the ENPC Provider course.

Online Session Access:

Once registered, you must go to: www.ena.org
Click on “Education” and in the dropdown, click on “ENA Learn” Scroll down to “find a course” Click on “ENPC” then “ENPC Instructor Path-New Instructor Potential Attendees” Then add it to your cart, use the discount code :ENPCPATH4”, and check out Since you’ve taken ENA courses before, you can use that same email address for your current account. DO NOT make a new account. You may stop and start this course, check back into the course by accessing “Go to your online courses.”

If accepted into this live session, each participant must successfully complete all online modules contained within the ENA Instructor Path On-Line Session at your own cost.

The Live Course:
The live course begins with a renewal of your ENPC provider status with written and psychomotor skill testing. You must achieve at least 90% on the written, 90% on the skill station testing. (If the qualifying nurse has tested the provider course in the last 90 days, this section not necessary.)

Live Session Pre-Requisites:
1. Each RN must be current in the 4th edition ENPC provider course and demonstrate current card (or equivalency).
2. Each applicant must provide a letter of recommendation from the course director of their most recent program.
3. Each participant should re-read and then bring a copy of the 4th edition ENPC provider manual to the live session.
4. Each participant must successfully complete the online session via the ENA website and bring the certification with them to the live session.
