The Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the State of Connecticut Department of Social Services are pleased to announce "Emerging Best Practices to Strengthen Connecticut's Response", our fifth Domestic Violence Across Communities event. The goal of this conference is to provide advocates, clinicians, therapists, law enforcement, attorneys and other state and local providers with tools and practical applications to enhance Connecticut's response to domestic violence in the areas of:
• lethality assessment
• fatality review
• cultural responsiveness
• the impact of domestic violence on children
• trauma
• technology and cyberstalking
• offender profiles/offender accountability

The Connecticut Coalition Against Domestic Violence is a statewide coalition which works collaboratively with its 18 community based domestic violence agencies in Connecticut.
