Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change and if you are no longer able to attend this event you are able to transfer your registration to another person not currently registered. However if you need to cancel the registration the following policy applies.

Registrations cancelled:

• By 30 June 2016 – will receive a refund of 50% of registration fees paid
• After 30 June 2016 – no refund
