This Employee Evaluation Management Certification Course is a six week virtual interactive learning series intended to support organization administrators (aka super administrators) in their management of the Employee Evaluation Management System (formerly MLP Oasys). During the session, we will guide participants in understanding the system, your role as organization administrators and how to more efficiently manage the system to support your evaluation process. Topics include the finer points of managing users, unpacking and adjusting additional system rights based on organization need, understanding and managing evaluation rights, using available tools and reports to track and proactively manage the evaluation process and how to support and engage evaluators and educators in the process. Whew! Organization administrators will get hands on in the system and have opportunities to ask questions, share challenges and successes, and apply their learning in their own organization. This series will include weekly webinars on Tuesdays starting Tuesday, January 14, 2019 from 10am-12pm PT/12pm-2pm CT/1pm-3pm ET. The last session will be February 18, 2019.The price for this extended interactive series is $695 per registrant.
