This course will demonstrate the pros, cons and pitfalls of employment practices incorporating case studies based on years of experience representing clinicians, employers and dental providers.  Participants will learn how to protect their practices against sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, wage and hour claims, breach of contract, negligent hiring or supervision.
