 Land & Tour, Niche, Destination & On Location Partners will be participating in the following event at Conference:

Friday, October 25th

Tradeshow 1:00 - 3:00PM, Private Appointments 3:00 - 4:00PM

Tradeshow is included when you complete your registration.

Tradeshow 1:00PM - 2:45PM

Prizes inside the Trade Show 2:45PM - 3:00PM

Private Appointments (at your Trade Show booth)  3:00PM – 4:00PM

Instructions on requesting / accepting appointments will be sent to you 
after registration closes on September 23


SUPPLIER PARTNER INFORMATION

TRADE-SHOW FORMAT: The trade show is set up in traditional trade show format with pipe and drape.

Prepare for an 8' x 10' space that includes a 6' display table plus a small conversation round for private appointments as needed. 

HANDOUT MATERIALS:   To avoid bringing paper, you have the option of using our Mobile App to download your flyers and graphics.  More information will be available when the mobile app launches in September.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: If you are shipping multiple boxes or heavy boxes for your booth exhibit, you must use VIPER TRADE SHOW Service (see kit link below)

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Wednesday Night:  Welcome Reception, 7:00PM - 8:30PM - Everyone welcome for a night of networking!

Thursday “Free” Night:
  If you plan to entertain on Thursday night, suggestions and assistance with dinner reservations are available HERE. Otherwise, there are plenty of options that allow you to network. If you plan to entertain, please plan your departure at 
7pm or later.

 

Substitution Policy & Procedure

To substitute your registration, click the "Already Registered" link at the top of the conference website's Home page, and enter your email and confirmation number. Then click "Substitute Registration" on the Confirmation page and add the new attendee's information.

For substitutions made after September 23, 2019, please provide a written request to Ensemble Travel Group, Conference Registrations, via email at registration@ensembletravel.com. A $25USD administrative fee will be assessed.
