Member & Supplier Registration Policies and Procedures

Registration fees and categories for all participants are listed on the Ensemble Travel Group registration site. We only accept payment by credit card. Your credit card will be charged USD automatically at the time of your registration.

 

Only individuals registered with a badge may attend conference events. Guests must register if they wish to attend conference and meal functions. Badges must be worn at all times.

 

Ensemble Travel Group reserves the right to cancel this conference if conditions warrant. In the event of such cancellation, registration fees will be refunded. Ensemble Travel Group is not responsible for any travel or lodging expenses incurred.

 

Members

Registration fee:

Early Registration Rate of $225 USD applies until August 22, 2019


As of August 23, 2019, the regular registration rate of $275 USD applies

 

Online Registration closes September 23, 2019.   Registrations received at Ensemble Travel Group by September 23rd will be confirmed. Registrations received after this date will be processed on site. This means your credentials will be printed when you check in at the registration desk; please allow extra time.

 

Requests for refunds/cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to September 23, 2019, will receive a refund subject to a $50USD administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 60 days following the conference.  Cancellation requests received after September 23, 2019, will not receive a refund.

 

Suppliers / Hoteliers / On Location Partners

Requests for refunds/cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing.

 

Cancellation requests received before September 23, 2019, will receive a refund subject to a $275USD administrative fee. Refunds will be issued within 60 days following the conference. 

 

Cancellation requests received after September 23, 2019, will not receive a refund.

Substitution Policies & Procedures

To substitute your registration, please provide a written request to Ensemble Travel Group, Conference Registrations, via email at registration@ensembletravel.com.

 

For substitutions made after September 23, 2019 a $25USD administrative fee will be assessed. 

 

 

 

Multiple Registrant Discount

Members

There is no discounted registration rate for the second or all subsequent delegate(s).

 

Suppliers

If a supplier registers one delegate for the full conference rate, the second and all subsequent delegate(s) booked at the same time will receive a discounted rate.

On-Site Registration Policies & Procedures

Registration materials will be released only to the individual whose name appears on the badge to avoid possible confusion or delay on site.

Hotel Reservation & Cancellation Policies

All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Hotel accommodations are reserved for Ensemble Travel Group conference participants only. Ensemble Travel Group reserves the right to cancel hotel accommodations should conference registration be cancelled.

 

Ensemble Travel Group is only responsible for processing the conference registration. If for any reason you must cancel your conference registration, please remember to cancel your housing arrangements directly. Failure to cancel your hotel reservation may result in a no-show fee being charged to your credit card.
