Innovation as an Instrument for Justice
Friday, April 21 - Saturday, April 22, 2017 • Houston, TX
The first Entrepreneurs United Conference was held in the summer of 2014 in partnership with the Kauffman Foundation. The conference was a first ever convening of Teach For America corps members and alumni entrepreneurs, offering skills-based trainings, exposure to scaling and expansion opportunities, and space to connect with and learn from peers and experts. Since then, we expanded our attendee base and tailored our session choices for entrepreneurs at different stages, as well as working on different types of ventures.
Building on the feedback from attendees, the 2017 Entrepreneurs United Conference will focus on strengthening community, building skill, and cultivating connections for early and later stage entrepreneurs. This year's theme, Innovation as an Instrument for Justice, underscores our commitment to developing the knowledge, skills and mindset to develop your idea and grow your venture, while also reflecting on collective action. You can experience, cutting edge, skills-focused workshops; and purpose rich space to connect with and learn from peers and established entrepreneurs alike. We want to challenge you to see your work and your impact in a wider context.
