Eos Connection 2017: APFED's 15th Annual Patient Education Conference on Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders

We are excited to offer you two ways to participate in this year's conference: either onsite in Greenville or online as a virtual attendee. To register, click on the 'Register' button (located on the bottom right hand side of your screen)

Onsite Attendee

Participating onsite in Greenville gives you full access to live general sessions and alternative sessions, with all the excitement and face-to-face opportunities to network and connect with other attendees. We have also programmed daily social activities to ensure you and your family have plenty of time to interact with other attendees and families.

Your onsite registration fee includes sessions on Friday and Saturday, admission to APFED's Social, breakfast and boxed lunch on Saturday, coffee during breaks on Saturday, a conference bag, and conference literature.

Registration Fees
Per Person, Ages 11 and Up

Please note:

Children: Children ages 11 and up may attend the sessions, but must be registered. Children under the age of 11 will not be permitted to attend the sessions. Family-friendly social activities will be available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening, and Sunday, and children of all ages are welcome to participate.

Childcare: No childcare services will be provided by APFED. Please make appropriate arrangements for your children.

Financial Hardship: A limited number of scholarships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to cover registration costs for first-time conference attendees who qualify. LEARN MORE

Virtual Attendee

Participating exclusively online allows you to view Saturday's general sessions in the main room only. Two weeks prior to the conference, you will be assigned a private, unique login for live access from your web browser. You'll also receive information as the conference approaches on how to virtually submit questions for our speakers.

If you cannot participate virtually on conference day, recording of those sessions will be available on demand for a short period following the conference.

Virtual Attendance Registration Fees
$40 per registration

One log-in will be provided per registrant. Support groups and others wishing to host a "Viewing Party" may do so with one registration
