  • Non-communicable diseases remain the predominant cause of morbidity and mortality in the U.S. and primary care providers remain at the forefront of early detection and treatment.

  • Presentations and case studies in this session will focus on the effective treatment of the core components of primary care practice: obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia. 

Fall Board Meeting

Current NCAFP Board Members should plan to attend the Fall Board Meeting also scheduled this day. The board will meet from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at the Hampton Inn immediately following the CME program. Only current board members should attend this business meeting. A light lunch will be provided. 


* There is no fee for current NCAFP Board Members who only plan to attend the afternoon board meeting and no CME sessions. For accurate planning & logistics, board members not attending the CME program should still complete the online registration process.
