The elements of the planning phase of a project are critical to its execution and control. Through case studies and hands-on practice, this workshop provides an in-depth look at each step involved in estimating time, resources, costs for budgeting, and project scheduling. You will also learn how to accurately track performance throughout the project’s life cycle using the correct metrics.
