How do I Register?

If your organization requires documentation prior to approving or providing payment, please complete the Registration Form. This form meets most organizations' documentation requirements. 

What forms of Payment are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Electronic Funds Transfers as payment.

  • Credit Cards: Processes within 48 hours of registration. Registration Confirmation email will act as receipt.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer: Download our Bank Information. Funds must be received to confirm registration.

A completed W-9 is available to download.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

You will receive a full refund if you cancel prior to the workshop, have tech issues that cannot be resolved within an hour during the workshop, or materials requirement cannot be confirmed prior to the workshop. You will not receive a refund if you cancel after the start of a workshop. This policy applies to attendees using purchase orders as well as to attendees who have paid in full.

Materials Policy

A complete program kit must be accessible to each participant during the workshop. Purchase the kit from Gander Publishing with an exclusive discount. A promotional code will be provided during registration. Materials are required to participate in this workshop. If materials requirement cannot be confirmed, registrant will be notified and registration will be cancelled. 
Materials may be subject to additional fees for international shipments, such as customs and import duties of the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and we are unable to determine what these fees may be at the time of purchase. Please contact your local customs office or tax authority for information about any such fees prior to ordering.
