Paragraph | Anchor | Embed Links | Table | Inserting & Resizing Images
Paragraphs starts here
Images can be inserted in the HTML editor for Emails, website pages etc. The images uploaded in the Library may not be the right size always. To re-size an image that has to be used across with the new dimensions, go to Admin>>Libraries>>Open the Image>>Copy the Image (Best Practice)>>Edit Image and Re-size.
To re-size an image only at one place, like a website page or an email, right click the Image>>Properties – Click the Broken chain to maintain the aspect ratio of the image and adjust the image size. Other options available in the image properties are to add a margin to the image, add a border and an alignment. NOTE: Image alignment may not work in all scenarios. It is always suggested to add the image in its own table or table cell and give the alignment there. Alternatively, alignment can be given to an image from the top toolbar as well.
To have the text wrap around an image, click to Insert a table (1X1) and add the image to the table. As soon as an alignment is given to the Table the text starts wrapping around it. To add spacing around the image table, right click to give a padding to its cell.
*For the recommended dimensions for various sections, refer to Graphics Cheat Sheet article available in the community.
