Cindy Auten serves as general manager for Mobile Work Exchange, an online community and public-private partnership focused on promoting telework in the government. The organization provides a forum for government employees interested in telework, those who currently telework, assigned coordinators, government managers, information technology professionals, and telework proponents to dialogue on the subject matter. Since the company’s inception in April 2005, Auten has managed the overall operations of Mobile Work Exchange, including the development of The Mobile Worker – an online and print newsletter focused on telework. In addition, Auten successfully manages the bi-annual Mobile Work Exchange Town Hall Meetings, various online training webinars, the annual Tele-Vision Awards programs, as well as serves as the author of numerous telework-related research studies. Angela Bailey has dedicated 31 years to public service, with 25 of those years in human resources. She was selected for the Senior Executive Service in October 2007 to serve as Deputy Associate Director for Recruitment and Hiring at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. In July 2011, she assumed her current position as OPM’s Associate Director for Employee Services and the agency’s Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO). Mrs. Bailey is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Government-wide human resources policy, systems, and programs for strategic workforce planning, recruitment and hiring, pay and leave, performance management, employee development, executive resources, labor relations, and work/life. Mrs. Bailey leads OPM’s implementation of the President’s Veterans Employment Initiative, which has resulted in 20-year highs in terms of the percentage of new Federal employees who are Veterans, up four percentage points from 2009 to 28.3 percent. As CHCO for OPM, she also oversees OPM’s internal human resources office. Tim Harvey has been with the National Park Service (NPS) for over 38 years. Having grown up in Yosemite National Park, it was only natural that he began his career in Yosemite, first as a seasonal fire control aid and after serving in the United States Army accepted his first permanent assignment as a Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. From there he went to Grand Canyon National Park and served as the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Leaderman. Much of Tim’s efforts over the last decade were related to building an understanding of the portfolio of assets the NPS has stewardship responsibility for. Since June 2008, Patricia A. Jonas has served in the dual role of deputy chair of the Appeals Council and the executive director of the Office of Appellate Operations for the Social Security Administration’s (SSA’s) Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR). McClure most recently served as the managing vice president for Gartner Inc.’s government research team. There, he managed the global government research agenda and analyst support, and was lead researcher on government information technology management practices. McClure also served on the Obama-Biden transformation, innovation, and government reform transition team, which examined federal agency IT plans and status for the incoming administration. Before working at Gartner, McClure served as vice president for e-government and technology at the Council for Excellence in Government. Previously, McClure had an 18-year career with the Government Accountability Office, where he conducted wide-ranging reviews of major systems development and IT management capabilities in almost all major Cabinet departments and agencies. He also served as ex-officio member of the Federal Chief Information Officer Council from its inception in 1996 through 2001. McClure received his Bachelor of Arts and a master's degree in political science from the University of Texas, and a doctorate in public policy from the University of North Texas. Ms. Elizabeth (Beth) A. McGrath was sworn in as the Department’s first Deputy Chief Management Officer, a Senate-confirmed and politically appointed position, on July 1, 2010. Ms. McGrath leads the Department’s efforts to better synchronize, integrate and coordinate DoD business operations and serves as the Principal Staff Assistant (PSA) and advisor to the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Defense for matters relating to management and improvement of business operations. Previously, Ms. McGrath served as the Deputy Director for Systems Integration, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) where she created a financial migration strategy that was executed with a collective budget of approximately $1B. Ms. McGrath was awarded the Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award for Fiscal Year 2008 and the Office of the Secretary of Defense Exceptional Civilian Service Award in October 2008. From September 2009 to May 2013, Shelley H. Richard Parker is currently the Deputy Associate Attorney for Diversity Management at the U.S. Department of Justice. Dave Uejio is the Lead for Talent Acquisition at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a new agency created to make markets for consumer financial products and services work for Americans. Dave also serves as the President of the Young Government Leaders, a professional organization providing an authentic voice for aspiring government leaders. Dave was previously Special Assistant to the Director of HR at the National Institutes of Health. Roger Waldron serves as president of the Coalition for Government Procurement and brings more than 25 years of high-profile government contracting experience. Roger has extensive experience in GSA Multiple Award Schedule Programs including 20 years with the General Services Administration. During his time at GSA Roger held several positions including Senior Assistant General Counsel, Director, Acquisition Management Center, and finally, as Acting Deputy Chief Acquisition Officer, where he was responsible for the development, issuance and monitoring of acquisition policies and procedures governing GSA’s $60 billion procurement operations. While at GSA Roger was selected by the Executive Office of the President, to serve on the 14 member Services Acquisition Reform Act (SARA) Acquisition Advisory Panel, which provided extensive recommendations to Congress and OMB on effective and efficient procurement of commercial services. Prior to joining the Coalition Roger was counsel at Mayer Brown LLP, where he advised clients on all aspects of government contracting. Roger is the host of the WFED radio show Off the Shelf, and the leading contributor to the FAR and Beyond blog. Roger also serves as a Director on the Procurement Round Table. Roger holds a BA from Bowdoin College and a JD from University of Richmond. Roger is a member of the bar in Washington, D.C. and Virginia.

Christopher E. Wilson is Vice President, Federal Government Affairs, at TechAmerica. S. Marine Corps where he headed the War Room for General James L.
