Creating A Culture of Continuous Performance Improvement- Behaviour Engineering
In this session we explore how, despite its first appearance in 1978 in T Gilbert’s book, Human Competence: Engineering Worthy Performance, the concepts of behaviour engineering are only now starting to replace the embedded, yet largely ineffective performance management models from the late 50’s.
The unleashed impact of personal technology has opened our eyes to what can be achieved. We will share our main findings in relation to contemporary behaviour engineering and how these can be applied to ensure that performance management and related processes actually work.
