| In recent times, two key themes have been emerging at HR conferences and in HR press. The first is around the need for good ‘Workforce Analytics’(preferably predictive), and the second is ‘Behaviour Engineering’. At this Forum, Pilat HR Solutions experts and forum delegates will explore the research and popular HR press to answer the question, “Are these merely new fads or do they have the substance to make a real impact on both HR and business?” HR has led the way in helping organisations develop a wealth of metrics and processes to help manage ‘Human Capital’. Yet, despite substantial investment, there are two major ongoing challenges which remain, a) acquiring quality data and b) managing the overwhelming volume of data often produced.

This half-day event will address these issues in two sessions:
In the first session, Pilat will share their findings on HR metrics and the direction they see predictive analytics going. Then, during a networking exercise, delegates will learn to identify the data and measures that truly support business risk management and performance management.
In the second session, Pilat will reflect on what ‘behaviour engineering’ means for the HR profession. Despite countless training programmes, competency frameworks, leadership programmes, and surveys, many organisations still struggle with establishing a performance and talent culture. Behaviour Engineering is a complete and integrated approach that brings processes, frameworks and training together to create a substantial and sustained shift in culture.
Delegates will have the opportunity to share success stories or exchange ideas on how they can better engineer behaviour to achieve a more effective and sustainable culture within their organisations.
There is no cost to attend for clients and guests of Pilat to attend.
