Exhibitors and Sponsorships 2017




CAGT Conference 2017 Exhibitors:
To our Educational Partners, we appreciate your desire to participate in CAGT's 40th Annual Conference, ​The Heart of the Rockies: Elevating the Gifted Connection.  This year all Exhibitors will be in the hallways where the coffee and dessert breaks will also be located.  The Conference lunches will be for networking and visiting the Exhibitors. Participants will include over 700 educators, administrators, parents and advocates from across the Rocky Mountain region. 

Wi-fi and electricity will be provided to all Exhibitors. Lunch order forms will be available each morning at your table with payment due directly to the hotel. There is a loading dock for easy access to setup in the hallways.  

Exhibitor Fees:
1 table including wifi and electricity: $425 (main or side hallway)
2 tables including wifi and electricity: $525 (main or side hallway)

Exhibitors please register by: Friday, September 15, 2017 - if you want to be included in the conference program.

Please contact CAGT directly (cogifted@gmail.com or 303-520-4887) for sponsorship opportunities. The Sponsorship ideas are listed below. Please contact CAGT no later than Monday, September 11, 2017 if you would like to be listed in the conference program.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
* Snack break on Monday afternoon - signage and thank you in program - $1500
* Snack break on Tuesday afternoon - signage and thank you in program - $1500
* Morning coffee for Monday and/or Tuesday - signage and thank you in program - $1700 per day
* Funds to cover Distinguished Student Awards - thank you in program and announced during Distinguished Student Awards - $600 (1 award), $1200 (2 awards), $1800 (3 awards)
* Creativity Night (Sunday evening) - snack/lemonade - signage and thank you in program - $300
* Parent Institute Night (Monday evening) - snack/lemonade - signage and thank you in program - $550

Summary of Exhibitors Schedule

Check-in for Exhibitors will be from 4:30 - 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 15th.

The Exhibitor Tables will open at 7:00 A.M. both days - with coffee service set up in the hallway.

The Parent Institute begins at 6:30 P.M. on Monday evening.  Please plan on keeping your table(s) being opened until 7:00 P.M. for this additional foot traffic.

Break-down may begin at 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday.
