CAGT Conference 2019 Exhibitors:
To our Educational Partners, we appreciate your desire to participate in CAGT's 42nd Annual Conference, ​A Gifted State of Mind.  This year all Exhibitors will again be in the hallways where the coffee and dessert breaks, as well as general traffic, will also be located.  The Conference lunches will be for networking and visiting the Exhibitors. Participants will include over 800 educators, administrators, parents and advocates from across the Rocky Mountain region. 

WiFi and electricity will be provided to all Exhibitors. PLEASE NOTE : This year the Lunch Order Forms will no longer be available. You may order a conference lunch through this registration if you would like, otherwise lunch is on your own. There is a loading dock for easy access to setup in the hallways.  

Exhibitor Fees:
1 table including WiFi and electricity: $425 (main or side hallway)
2 tables including WiFi and electricity: $525 (main or side hallway)
Please use the registration tab to register and pay (credit card only) as an Exhibitor.

Exhibitors please register by: Saturday, September 14, 2019 - if you want to be included in the conference program.

Summary of Exhibitor's Schedule

Check-in for Exhibitors will be from 4:30 - 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, October 20th.

The Exhibitor Tables will open at 7:00 A.M. both days - with coffee service set up in the hallway.

The last session each day ends at 4:15 P.M. so please keep your table open until 5:00 P.M. The CAGT Awards Evening and the Family Institute begin at 5:45 P.M. and 6:30 P.M. on Monday evening. If you would like to keep your table open until 7:00 P.M. for this additional foot traffic that is your choice. 

Break-down may begin at 3:30 P.M. on Tuesday.

If you need or would like to ship your exhibiting materials in advance to the event site, that is done directly through the hotel. Here is a link to the form you would need 2019 CAGT Annual Conference Exhibitor Order Form.

We ask for Exhibitors to donate an item or gift card of at least a $30 value for our door prizes.

The CAGT website is www.coloradogifted.org and our new mobile app will be available after we register you in the system. More information will be emailed to you.
