A $20 daily administrative fee (per certificate) covers
any number of credit hours you might earn on any one day

(For instance, 2 days' worth of credits/hours of any single type costs $40)


Advance payment is due during the online registration process 
(The at-door fee will be $35 per day)


An online post-Summit CE Evaluation survey
is required for each certificate
Details and directions will be provided onsite
NOTE: Failure to complete the post-Summit evaluation 
will result in loss of CE credit eligibility

** According to the Art Therapy Credentials Board, continuing education credits in art therapy and/or mental health earned through this event can be applied toward the continuing education requirement for maintaining the ATR-BC.

According to the Certification Board for Music Therapists, relevant sessions attended at the Expressive Therapies Summit can be claimed as "non-approved" educational courses toward continuing music therapy education credits (CMTE). Please refer to the recertification requirements regarding Board Certification domains, documentation required, and related information.

 




DRAMA THERAPISTS: Please Note

✢ According to the North American Drama Therapy Association (NADTA), continuing education credits in drama therapy and/or mental health, creative arts therapies, psychology and psychological process, diversity and social and cultural foundations, supervision, research and evaluation earned through this event can be applied toward the continuing education requirement for maintaining the RDT or RDT/BCT.




DANCE/MOVEMENT THERAPISTS: Please Note

CALIFORNIA PSYCHOLOGISTS/MARRIAGE & FAMILY THERAPISTS/NURSES

This course meets qualifications for up to 32 hours of continuing education (CE) credit. CEs can be requested during the registration process for an additional $20 per day, per discipline/certificate.

UCLArts & Healing is approved by the California Psychological Association to provide continuing professional education for psychologists, MFTs, and RNs. UCLArts & Healing maintains responsibility for this program and its content.  CPA OPD Provider Code: UCL005.  

Professionals licensed in states other than California should check with their respective state organizations to find out if these particular CEs would be accepted.

NEW YORK STATE SOCIAL WORKERS

Expressive Media, Inc. SW CPE #0274 has received approval from the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work to offer continuing education to licensed social workers. The Department may subsequently notify the provider that a particular course or courses is/are not acceptable.

Expressive Media, Inc. is an NBCC Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6697. The ACEP solely is responsible for this program, including the awarding of NBCC credit.
 
Please Note: NBCC credit is not available to presenters, only participants. Presenters may attend other sessions presented by other people for credit, however, they may not receive credit for teaching. If the presenter is an NCC, they can submit their presentation hours for their NCC recertification if they are audited, but credit is not guaranteed.

PLAY THERAPISTS (only)

Available only to licensed mental health practitioners or full-time graduate students in a graduate mental health program. Play therapy credit will not be awarded to non-mental health professionals.


Starbright Training Institute (STI) is approved by the Association for Play Therapy to offer continuing education specific to play therapy. The course will provide one hour of APT CE credit per hour of instruction. APT Approved Provider 96-029. STI maintains responsibility for the program.
 
NOTE: Only those sessions specifically designated for APT credits below the session description on the Summit schedule pages are eligible for APT credits.

Workshops taught by ISST/STA certified Teaching Members (indicated below each session description with the letters STA) are eligible for Sandplay Therapists of America education credits towards ISST/STA certification. CERTIFIED CHILD LIFE SPECIALISTS: Please Note

For Certified Child Life Specialists (CCLSs), hours may be applied toward recertification if session content is related to the Exam Content Outline and a certificate of attendance is obtained. Professional Development Units (PDUs) are earned based on 1 educational contact hour = 1 PDU.
