Complex change management encompasses a vast body of knowledge that includes systems thinking, transitional and transformational change strategies, power dynamics, and change leadership. Facilitating and Managing Complex Systems Change will enable you to understand what happens during complex change, and why it happens. In this workshop, you will be able to design strategies for achieving desired outcomes in a change situation that you are facing in your work.

Prerequisites/NTL Certificate Requirements:
For participants in NTL’s OD Certificate Program, you may select Facilitating and Managing Complex Systems Change as an elective after you have completed the Human Interaction Laboratory or Interpersonal Skills for Leadership Success, Theory and Practice in OD, Start Up-Creating a Consulting Contract, Diagnosing Organizations with Impact, and two Step IV program electives.
