You do not have to pay the entire $1200 before the first session. You may pay for the program session by session.
Credit card payments: You may make your initial payment through this website. For all subsequent payments and for any problems with credit card payments, please call the Conference office at 888-240-7328 from 8am--4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Please note: The most common reason for credit card failure is that the address you have entered here does not match your credit card's billing address. The addresses must match for the card to be accepted.
