This workshop will meet the mandatory training requirements for licensing in Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection (Category 12) as required under Ohio regulations. Training is conducted by the Ohio Pesticide Safety Education Program, Ohio State University Extension, and the Ohio Department of Agriculture, Pesticide & Fertilizer Section. A boxed lunch is available ONLY for pre-registered attendees.
This course will review the content on the Category 12 test only. It will not prepare you for the core exam. If you would like a review class for Core*, please attend the morning session of our New Pesticide Applicator Training, or use the study material provided.
*If you are currently a licensed applicator, you need to only pass the Category 12 exam and complete the mandatory training course.
Licensed Applicators: Applicators with core, category 12, and/or category 10b on their license can receive recertification credit if space is available.
