How to Find, Build and Retain Talent in Your Security Operations Center


Finding qualified security professionals to fill the openings on your team can be a challenge. Getting your newly hired team members acclimated to your organization’s unique environment takes time and effort. Without a way to effectively find new security talent, effectively train that new talent, and effectively retain your fully trained talent, your team can become a revolving door of analysts who are never operating at peak efficiency.
