In this course, participants will prepare an appetizer, two entrees and even dessert! Gain the confidence you need to start cooking tasty Filipino meals in your own kitchen.
Dishes may include:
Lumpia Shanghai (egg rolls with your choice of ground meat)
Pancit (Rice stick noodles w/vegetables & your choice of meat)
Adobo (Chicken, pork or beef simmered in soy sauce & vinegar)
Toron (Caramelized fried banana spring roll)
This course requires no previous kitchen or cooking experience. Due to the nature of this course and the work performed in our professional kitchen, participants must wear long pants, long sleeves, and flat closed-toe shoes. The actual course length is approximate and will vary with the number of participants and others factors.
This course is suitable for ages 14+.
