This webinar will focus on investigating and reporting accounting issues in the Mandatory Disclosure context. We will begin with a discussion of internal investigation and disclosure trends over the past year and how these trends guide contractors' decisions as they investigate and evaluate potential accounting issues. We then will discuss the Mandatory Disclosure Rule and transition into covering best practices for investigating potential accounting issues, including how to initiate and conduct an effective investigation, and for making mandatory disclosures. The webinar will conclude by addressing statute of limitations implications and post-disclosure considerations.
Each registration allows for one person to log in. Your team members can join you in a conference room for no additional cost. Additional logins for those located in other offices, working remotely, or otherwise unable to participate with the registrant can be purchased for $200 each.
