This webinar will focus on the relevant principles of fiscal and appropriations laws that impact government contractors. Specifically, this webinar will provide an overview of the constitutional and legislative framework of fiscal law issues. The webinar then will discuss the various appropriations acts and processes that occur during the appropriations cycle. The webinar will conclude with a discussion of the interplay of these fiscal and appropriations laws and government contract funding issues, including the relevant FAR clauses and the impact of restructuring and terminations on contract performance.
