Michael Arcaro is vice president and head of Corporate Communications for Lincoln Financial. In his role, Michael leads a team responsible for corporate media relations, executive communications, social media, crisis management and employee communications. Prior to joining Lincoln in 2012, Michael served as vice president of External Affairs for AXA Equitable. He also served earlier in his career in numerous communications roles at AIG and Prudential Financial. Michael began his career as a sports writer. He graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities, and he also studied Literature at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

She is responsible for the annual execution of the Risk Assessment and Monitoring plan for the US Privacy Office. She is also responsible for Social Media Compliance in the US where her primary function will be to develop a robust Social Media Compliance program that incorporates specific US jurisdictional issues regarding social media communication. Prior to joining TD Bank, Lisa was Director of Compliance for a marketing company. Her primary responsibilities included affiliate audits, website compliance and privacy adherence; and collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations. Lisa graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Political Science and Philosophy. She is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP).

Joanna specializes in helping regulated firms use social media while complying with rules and regulations. Joanna joined Actiance after running a compliance training firm for several years. She led delivery for educational programs at FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) for six years. Joanna came to FINRA with 15 years of experience consulting with C-Level executives to develop marketing strategy for educational programs for the financial services industry. She is a member of Financial Women’s Association (FWA) Communications and Digital Media Committee, is pursuing a Film and Production Certificate at New York University, enjoys gathering thought leaders together to speak on hot topics and splits her time with her husband, Jerry between Jersey City and Ocean Grove, NJ.

Robert Fulcher is a strong apologist for creative content, innovative approaches, and the idea that it all begins with a good strategy. He enjoys discovering new ways to communicate ideas more effectively—the more complex the idea, the better the challenge. Much to his surprise, he has worked in financial services marketing for almost 15 years, largely in positions focused on copywriting, creative direction, branding, and strategic positioning. He lives in Chester County, Pennsylvania with his wife and five children.

Graham Wall is the North American Financial Services Lead for Brandwatch, a social media monitoring technology provider, where he specializes in developing organizations’ social media strategies and identifying how social intelligence can help them achieve their business goals. Prior to Brandwatch, Graham was a digital analyst for an online technology provider, where he aided clients in creating and optimizing their online presence and strategies through data insights, with a focus on revenue growth. Graham holds a master’s degree in Human-Centred Computer Systems from the University of Sussex and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Wales, Cardiff.

Pat has 30 years of experience in strategic planning, branding and marketing in leadership roles with PNC Bank, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Sun National Bank, Glenmede Trust Company and SunTrust Bank’s, GenSpring Family Offices based in Palm Beach, Florida. Before “big data”, Pat utilized customer insights and client segmentation as the foundation of sound, marketing strategy. Her leadership resulted in multiple, industry awards including Institutional Investors’ “Event Planner of the Year” in 2005, “Advertiser of the Year” in 2006 and The Luxury Institute’s “Most Trusted Brands” in 2007. GenSpring was named “Multi-Family Office of the Year” by Family Wealth Alliance in 2008 and #1 RIA in 2010 and 2011 by Financial Advisor Magazine. Currently, Pat works with organizations on branding and growth strategies in diverse industries. She is currently President-Elect of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Marketing Association (PAMA).
