    The progression from Team Member to event volunteer and creating a succession plan for our veteran Key Volunteers can be a tricky path for FIRST local Leaders. In this session, we would listen to challenges that areas experience with regard to volunteer progression and succession. We will review what other local leaders are doing in their area to help with this ever-growing trend with their volunteers.  Shadowing and In-Training volunteer options will be discussed in addition to ideas that VRD and Alumni engagement have come up with to help in both these areas. This is an open forum for all to talk and learn from each other.
