As females start to step up and engage in higher intensity resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning, it is also becoming apparent how important, we as trainers and coaches, understand our clients personal needs and level of fitness, to ensure they are training effectively and will achieve their results in an efficient time frame. Accurate lifestyle assessments and performance measurements are the initial starting point to ensure you are really applying the “Personal” component into Personal Training. Join Katrina as she discusses the major concepts of hormonal response to training females and how important it is to program effectively to enhance production and results. She will also discuss the effects of common women's health concerns such as endometriosis, PCOS and menopause, and how regular exercise can minimise the severity of these. Leave this session with information you can implement immediately with your female clients to enhance their overall results.
