If you are interested in speaking at the 2021 Florida Coalition to End Homelessness Annual Conference, we would love to hear what you have to say! 

This year we are looking for speakers that provide practical applications related to the theme of "
Building Solutions and Equity for All". 


Topic Suggestions:

Solutions for Homeless Youth

  • Collaborations with local school districts to reduce homelessness or respond to homelessness quickly
  • Other presentations related to homeless youth (under 18)

Increased Collaboration

  • Public Housing & CoC Collaborations
  • How to build collaboration with your local partners ie: law enforcement, local government, DV providers, etc. 

New Trends & Theories

  • Using problem solving, rapid resolution and diversion to reduce the impact on your homeless system (Advanced Training)
  • Using real estate or other housing experts to provide untapped housing resources (Advanced Training)

System Design, HMIS, and Performance

  • Do you have partnership agreement for HMIS or Coordinated Entry?  (ie: DV Providers, School system, hospital, etc.)  Share your experiences.

Advocacy & Community Engagement

  • What community partnerships have you developed in response to disaster?  What should other communities know?

Serving High- Risk Populations

  • Opportunities to Increase Income for PSH program participants
  • Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA Programs) – including the partnerships and programs implemented.
