Cancellation, Refunds, and Substitution Policy

All cancellation requests must be made via the registration system, fax or e-mail. Cancellations must be received by 5:00 PM on September 15, 2017 for a partial refund (50%).

Registration fees will not be refunded and purchase orders will be invoiced for cancellations received after September 15, 2017. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for “no shows,” however, substitutions are welcome without penalty.

Payment Methods
You may pay by credit card, check, or through a purchase order. If you select check or purchase order payment must be received within 14 days. Please make checks payable to AK Consulting Group and mail to:

Payments received by credit card will be shown on your statement as a payment to AK Conference Registration.
