The Quality Agency working together with Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing is please to present this one day workshop for both residential and home care aged services.
Delivering services in a culturally inclusive way enhances the quality of service provision to consumers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and embeds inclusive practices into organisational culture.
Meeting the needs of aged care consumers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds is about more than the language they speak and their country of origin – it’s about understanding their uniqueness, allowing them to articulate their expectations, and giving them choice and control over their care.
Participants will be required to complete a pre-forum task before attending the forum. You will receive this task in an email following your registration confirmation.
