If your school/district requires an invoice for payment, please contact us via email. Include a copy of your registration confirmation email, email address, and a memo stating you are requesting an invoice for the workshop.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders are accepted within the registration process to hold your space; however, they are not processed as a form of payment. Your registration is not viewed as complete until full payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy Cancellations received by March 21, 2020 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received by March 25, 2020 incur a $30.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. In the event that the workshop is postponed due to natural disaster or other cause beyond Cognia's control, we will make every effort to reschedule. Any registration payment made will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, Cognia will provide a full refund upon written request from the registrant. Substitutions If you are unable to attend the event after registering, you may send someone in your place. You must submit the person’s name and contact information in writing to Cognia no less than 3 days prior to the start of the event. Only email requests will be honored. Email: rebecca.darby@cognia.org
