2018-19-training-included

Each participating organization should purchase a license allowing all staff within their organization/ site to access the training website which will include:
  • 2020 Lecture series : 13 training sessions, (recorded between Jan – Aug 2020), 2 hours per session (approximately 30 hours total)
  • 2018-19 Lecture Series: 16 training sessions, 2 hours per session. Note that the two lecture series are independent, but complement each other.
  • Access each training at your own pace, in team meetings or individually for 2 full years (until September 1st, 2022).
  • Session notes, slides, and applicable handouts.

 

Each lecture series leads to its own certificate of completion. In order to obtain a certificate of participation, each participant will be required to:

  • Be registered with the registration fees covered (either by the participants, by their organization, or by an agreement with IMHP). Also required to receive login details, access the training sessions and handouts.
  • Complete the following (for each certificate):
    • Participant Profile – to provide participant demographic information about professional designations, current knowledge and practice.
    • Pre-Training Knowledge Survey – completed once before beginning the training to understand current level of knowledge.
    • Session Quizzes and Feedbackto track progress and provide evaluation feedback on individual sessions. Complete one after each session.
    • and Post-Training Knowledge Survey – completed once after all sessions have been viewed to determine changes in knowledge or opinion.

 

Webcast:

  • Live ZOOM webinars will include a Q & A, and moderated chat forum.
  • Live sessions will be limited to 1000 participants.
  • Participants will be required to register for each live session. Each link for the live webinar is unique to the participant.
  • Sessions may be viewed idividually or as a group, sharing one connection. Many agencies prefer to view the sessions in groups using a projector, screen and speakers to facilitate discussion and direct supervision.
  • All sessions will be recorded and archived for future viewing at the participant’s convenience approximately two weeks following each live broadcast.
  • Participants are able to submit questions to the presenter to be addressed during Q & A periods during the live sessions.
  • Participants with microphone / webcam capabilities may be promoted to “Panelist” status in order to contribute to discussion (at the discretion of the moderator).
